This tool will create PHP code to show Drupal blocks for certain node types and/or specific pages and/or taxonomy vocabulary ID numbers. I wrote a blog post about this.
Node types (use lower case letters, numbers and underscores only. Separate values with commas.)
Pages (use lower case letters, number, underscores, hypens, and forward slashes only. Separate values with commas.)
Vocabulary IDs (use numbers only. Separate values with commas.)
